On or Off Site Support – £40/hour

On site support is charged from when I set out, to allow for travelling (1 hour min on site)

Off site support (you bring your device to me) may be more efficient. As well as no travelling time, I only charge for the time I am actually working on your device and not whilst it is left to do its own thing e.g. software installation, system scanning etc.

Remote Support – £42/hour

Remote support is charged in 10 minute increments with a minimum of 20 minutes per incident.
